New Chapter Psychology was established in 2010 with the vision to provide high quality psychological care to children, adolescents and adults from an experienced group of psychologists.

The team of psychologists are strongly committed to helping people achieve a greater sense of well-being in a compassionate and friendly way. The practice has formed a strong reputation with general practitioners and other health professionals.

The practice is owned and managed by Dr Helen Cisternino. Helen has grown up in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and has privately practiced in the north for over 10 years. She comes with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the socioeconomic status and certain needs of the community.

In April 2015 New Chapter Psychology expanded its service to the community of Waurn Ponds, Geelong.  In February 2016, it opened up its third practice in Epping, Melbourne further extending its service to the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
